A Covid19 Update
Here at The Borrowed Collective, we are taking things one day at a time.
In light of the Coronavirus, we’re being mindful of the best ways that we can support and protect our community, our team and each other, all while trying to navigate this uncertain and unsettling time.
We want to assure you that we are still operating business as usual, but with extra care. We know it’s a stressful time for everyone, but we want you to know we are here and we will get through this together. We hope that despite the current climate, we can be here to serve as a distraction and be a little light in your day or weekend (after all, we can still step up our ‘gram game, even in hard times, right?) However, if that’s something you need to step away from, we completely understand that too!
At this stage, any booked try-ons will all still go ahead, and we will still be offering this service. However, please let us know beforehand if you have been overseas in the last 14 days or are feeling unwell. We do ask kindly, that if either apply to you, that you use our backup service instead, so that you can still try garments on, but in the comfort of your own home. We would like to remind you that all of our try-ons are one-on-one, so this makes it easier for us to control and maintain a clean and safe environment for you all.
If you have a future booking with us that you need to cancel, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We realise that a lot of events have been cancelled or postponed, so for these occasions, we are happy to organise a full store credit. Please just email us at email@example.com for this to be arranged.
This is an uncertain & stressful time for everyone in NZ and in the world. But we believe that community is now more important than ever, so if and where you can, we encourage you to support local, small businesses around you who may be feeling it.
